Investigation of nutritional status, VO2max, agility, speed, and strength: A cross-sectional study in basketball athletes

Nutritional status, VO2max, agility, speed, and strength are very important factors for every athlete to achieve maximum performance, especially in basketball. This study aims determine the level of nutritional Jembrana Regency basketball athletes Preparation 2022 Bali Provincial Sports Week Championship. The sample this consisted 12 men’s athletes, Porprov Regency, using total sampling technique. type research used was a cross-sectional study. instruments collect data were Body Mass Index measure Multistage Fitness Test Illinois Agility 30M Sprint Push Up & Sit muscle strength; belly arms. found that average status normal, VO2max good, agility speed poor, arm abdominal good. results could assist get good idea how training well staff teachers working together. is getting best at championship. Based on study's results, way ready championship players better shape, terms biomotor which still not enough. So, more can be done re-evaluate these biomotors add physical test markers so players’ success tracked as possible.
